The beauty of Atma Kriya Yoga

Atma Kriya Yoga is a beautiful daily meditation practice, a series of ancient yogic techniques given to the world by Mahavatar Babaji and Paramahamsa Vishwananda. It consists of 8 ancient spiritual techniques, such as mantras, pranayamas and mudras, which have just one purpose: to awaken your soul’s connection with the Divine and to tune your heart to the true music of universe: unconditional Love – the only power which transforms all.

Atma Kriya Yoga is a truly complex meditation science with advanced meditation techniques. Yet, if you chose the simplest technique of Atma Kriya Yoga and practice it daily for at least five minutes, you will notice a tremendous change in your life. My heart overflows with gratitude each time, when I see one of my Atma Kriya students after not seeing them for some time. When they share with me the amount of positive changes that Atma Kriya Yoga has brought into their lives, I am just speechless. You can literally see on their faces that they are different, more conscious human beings, with a special aura around them.

Atma Kriya Yoga is taught exclusively on Atma Kriya Yoga courses, delivered only by certified teachers by word of mouth, like in ancient times. The techniques themselves are empowered by the blessing of whole lineage of spiritual masters.

For many people around the world Atma Kriya Yoga course was among one of the most important things they ever experienced in their life. From my own experience I can say, that although I have initiated into Atma Kriya Yoga already more than 150 people, each course was for me a unique experience, and it was always very touching.
